"Probably nothing special" the one who wrote this probably havent visited the crag .
Actually its a very good and special winter crag , best time from late november to begining march . It consists of 1 almost complete crag with 8 long routes and 4 extensions (from 6a to 7a+) coloneta , and 4 other smaller with 4 to 6 routes .
U cand find the crag taking the road to the village kamarina and going up the rocks of zallogo where the statues of the fallen women are , there are lots of signs.
The coloneta crag is the star of the sector , coloneta means tufa in greek , so i think its one of the best crags in greece with tufas but in such low difficulty . The routes are long 30 meters and athletic and the bolting is very friendly so its the perfect crag for beginer to medium level climber . The sun is there from morning to afternoon and the weather in the village camarina is very nice with 20 grades temperature all winter.
The sector mnimio cosists of 3 smaller crags that u find in the stairs to the road for the statues . The first consists of 4 routes in the 5 grade and long 30 meters that have bolts but u may require some friends and nuts. The second and third have alltogether 6 routes (5c to 7a+) the bolting isnt the most friendly but generally is safe.
The last sector kamarina is 1km from the village kamarina and consist of 4 routes (5c to 6b+) made for the summer cause they have shadow almost all day.
The climbing is very good , the weather very warm , the view of all the ambrakikos spetacular , the sea food at preveza and the sea itself very very good on winter days so lots of reasons to visit. The only "problem" is that although its a new crag not many people know it so u maybe the onlyones climbing ....
